How it works
From the day it happens to the exhibit, without anyone retyping it.

Your firm invites its client
A paralegal opens the matter and issues an invite code. The client enters it in the app and sees your firm’s name before he agrees to share anything.

He records things as they happen
A day with his child is one tap. A receipt is a photo. A drive is tracked or typed in. Each entry carries the time it was captured.

Your staff work from one queue
Expenses that need notice, windows that are running, and drives to review appear across every matter in the order they need attention.

An attorney approves, and the exhibit is built
A paralegal can prepare an expense. Only an attorney or the firm’s owner can approve it for an exhibit. The exhibit is generated from approved records under the matter’s case style.
What gets recorded
Three records, kept by the person who was there.
Time
Visits, overnights and exchanges, and the times he went and was turned away. Photos he chooses can be attached to a day, with the date and place the camera saved.
Money
Medical, dental, child care, school and everyday costs, each with its receipt. Expenses the court order shares are kept apart from his other spending.
Distance
Drives for visits and exchanges, valued at the IRS rate in force on the date of the trip.
What it will not do
The limits are part of the design.
Give legal advice
It records and organizes. It does not tell a client what to do or how a case will go. That stays with you.
Contact the other side
Only one parent uses it. Nothing is sent to the other parent or opposing counsel by DadProof.
Let a firm edit the client’s record
Staff add notice and approval details around an entry. The amount, date and receipt remain what the client recorded. The database enforces this, not the screen.
Refer clients to lawyers
DadProof does not recommend, rank or introduce lawyers, and no firm pays for placement. A firm brings its own clients.
